Loci House is a small reference site about memory techniques — how they are built, what they are actually good for, and where they stop working.
What is here
Every technique is written up the same way: why it works, the moves in order, a worked example with the images spelled out, the failure modes, and a drill you can run in ten minutes. The five walk-through rooms add a drawn floor plan and a fixed list of loci, which is the part most write-ups leave out.
Plates are generated from parameters, so each room is drawn from its own dimensions rather than traced from a template. Where a plan is reused, the locus list is what makes it specific.
What is not here
No mnemonic word lists are sold or licensed. The Major system, the peg rhymes and the PAO slots are all described so that you can build your own; a borrowed list is the version that fails, because the associations belong to someone else.
Nothing here is clinical. Memory complaints that affect daily life are a medical question, not a technique question.
How the site is published
Entries are scheduled rather than dumped. A technique appears on the date it is placed on the plan, and the index, the sitemap and every internal link follow that date. If a link to a technique is not on the site yet, the entry has not been published rather than been removed.
